1. No Refunds for Completed Orders

Once an order has been processed and delivered, HK Followers does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By using our services, you agree that purchased followers, likes, or views are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Refund Requests & Process

If your order is not delivered within 15 days, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account upon email request and verification. Customers must submit their refund request to support@hkfollowers.com, including relevant order details. Our team will review and process the refund accordingly.

3. No Refunds for Service Drops

If your account experiences a drop in followers, likes, or views due to a platform algorithm update, HK Followers is not responsible unless you are covered under our HKFollowers Care retention policy. To maintain engagement levels, customers should subscribe to our monthly maintenance service, which ensures drops are covered.

4. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, cancellations will not be accepted. You cannot cancel an order after purchasing the service.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By making a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us. Any chargeback or dispute will result in the termination of all future orders, a ban from our website, and the removal of any delivered followers, likes, or views.

6. Incorrect or Private Accounts

Orders placed with incorrect details (such as private accounts or incorrect usernames) do not qualify for refunds. Ensure your account is public and details are correct before placing an order.

7. Fraudulent Transactions

Fraudulent activities, such as using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in account termination. No exceptions will be made.

8. Multiple Servers

Do not place multiple orders from different providers for the same page at the same time. This may cause discrepancies in the number of followers/likes/views received, and we will not provide refunds in such cases.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after verification and approval. Processing times may vary depending on the bank.
