Welcome to HK Followers (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing https://hkfollowers.com and using our services, you (“customer,” “client,” “user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order with HK Followers, you automatically accept all terms and conditions, whether you read them or not.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated.
2. Compliance with Social Media Platforms
- You must use HK Followers in a manner that follows all agreements made with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and more.
- We are not responsible for account suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by these platforms.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Accepted Payment Methods in Hong Kong:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, AMEX, JCB)
- PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay
- Bank Transfer (Hong Kong banks only)
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, etc.)
- Pricing: Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but our refund policy remains in effect.
- No Chargebacks: By making a payment, you agree not to dispute or chargeback. Filing a dispute will result in:
- Termination of future orders
- A ban from our site
- Removal of delivered followers/likes
4. Service Delivery & Refund Policy
- Services begin within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays.
- If we fail to deliver within 15 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed.
- If you file a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate all future orders
- Ban you from our platform
- Revoke delivered followers, likes, or views from your account
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they are placed. If an order is non-deliverable, you will receive a refund .
- Misplaced or Private Account Orders:
- If you place an order on a private account or enter incorrect details, it will not be refunded.
- Be sure to double-check order details before placing them.
- Drops & Retention Policy:
- If your followers/likes/views drop due to a platform algorithm update, we are not responsible unless you have subscribed to “HK Followers Care”—our monthly retention plan that covers drops and maintains engagement.
- Orders without a refill period are not refillable, even with a 100% drop.
- Multiple Servers:
- Do not use multiple services from different websites simultaneously on the same account. If you do, the number of followers/likes/views cannot be accurately tracked, and we will not issue a refund.
- Fraudulent Activity:
- Fraudulent transactions, including stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in account termination without exception.
5. Service Limitations & Liabilities
- We do not guarantee that new followers will engage with your content, only that they will be delivered.
- We do not guarantee that 100% of followers will have profile pictures, bios, or uploaded content, though we strive for high-quality accounts.
- No refunds or replacements if a platform removes content due to policy violations.
- We are not liable for business losses, reputation damage, or account bans due to using our services.
- Do not use multiple services on the same account at the same time. Refunds will not be provided if this results in issues.
6. Content Restrictions
- You cannot upload, promote, or engage with content that includes:
- Nudity or adult material
- Illegal activities
- Hate speech or violence
- Misleading advertising
- Violation of this policy will lead to immediate account termination without a refund.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal information.
- Your data is stored securely in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Hong Kong Laws).
- All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
8. Account Suspension & Fraud Prevention
- Malicious or abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
- Fraudulent activity (fake transactions, misuse of services) will result in an instant ban.
9. Advertising & Consumer Protection Compliance
We comply with Hong Kong’s Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and other relevant consumer protection laws to ensure transparency in advertising and marketing.
We do not support or encourage any misleading or deceptive practices, including:
- Falsely representing purchased followers, likes, or views as organic engagement.
- Using fake reviews or testimonials to mislead consumers or manipulate public perception.
By using our services, you agree to:
- Adhere to Hong Kong’s advertising and consumer protection laws.
- Refrain from misrepresenting artificial engagement as genuine.
For more information, refer to the Hong Kong Consumer Council and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) guidelines on fair trade practices.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under Hong Kong law.
- Any disputes shall be settled through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in Hong Kong courts.
