Since social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, our retention policy ensures continued support based on the selected package.
2. Retention Coverage
Our retention policy applies only if you have purchased a retention package for the respective platform. The available packages will be listed on the HKFollowers Care page. Retention services vary depending on the platform:

Each package covers a specific duration and conditions, as outlined below.
3. Retention Package Details

C. Premium Retention Package
- Covers drops of up to 40% for 30 days.
- Unlimited replacements during the coverage period.
- Guaranteed high-retention quality services.
D. Elite Retention Package (For Long-Term Stability)
- Covers all drops for up to 3 months or ongoing (based on selection).
- Continuous monitoring and replacement.
- Ideal for brands and influencers needing long-term stability.
4. Retention Process
- Customers experiencing a drop within their package coverage period must submit a request via email: support@hkfollowers.com or WhatsApp +85259258853.
- Our team will verify the claim and apply the necessary replacements.
- Replacements are done within 24-48 hours after verification.
- If the drop exceeds the retention coverage, additional purchases may be required.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
- Retention applies only to services covered under an active HKFollowers Care package.
- Retention is not applicable if the drop occurs due to account bans, policy violations, or user manual removal of followers/likes/views.
- No refunds will be provided for retention claims; only replacements are offered.
- Retention services do not guarantee engagement, only the replacement of lost followers/likes/views as per package terms.
6. How to Subscribe to Retention Services
- Retention packages are available for purchase on the HKFollowers Care page.
- Customers must select the desired package at checkout or request it separately via our support team.
- Retention services must be activated at the time of the original order; they cannot be applied retroactively.
